Congratulations on choosing to attend Frostburg State!
These resources will give you confidence you’re making the right college choice for your future. When you have questions, the 入学s Office is here to help.
The following checklist will assure a smooth transition to FSU. It has everything you need to get started! To complete the following forms you will need:

Your 学生证 was included in your acceptance email. 你可以浏览 密码管理 page for information on your FSU username and password. Check your email for a message from newfsuaccount@dnapo.com.
The forms listed below will help you complete your enrollment at Frostburg State University.
交订金 (required)
Let us know you want to become a Frostburg State Bobcat by paying your deposit! You can pay your deposit online.
If paying your deposit online, be sure to have your FSU 用户名 and 密码 accessible.
注意: All full-time, first-year FSU students are required to complete one of two applications: our application to receive housing 或者是 application for exemption to the residency requirement.

Complete and return your medical forms (required)
All forms must be completed 通过 Brady Health Patient Portal, once you have received your FSU username and password. Due date for requirements is August 1st for Fall semester and January 2nd 春季学期. *The required records MUST BE scanned and uploaded 通过 Patient Portal. Our system is all electronic. NO mailed, fax or email copies of immunization records are accepted.*

Disability Support Services (DSS) is a University-funded program, and its purpose is to facilitate equal academic opportunity and enhance functional learning for students with any type of disability. Attend Bobcat Bound Day
All admitted students are invited to attend a Bobcat Bound Day. Step into Frostburg's academic and student life by meeting faculty, staff, and students in your area. It's a great way to really get to know FSU. All students starting in August 2024 are required to attend a Bobcat Bound Day orientation. Deposited students will receive their fall course schedule and get their Frostburg 学生证 card.

Now that you have your schedule, you can easily order your textbooks through our 大学店! Use the easy textbook tool to select your term and enter your classes. It will find all your books for you! Don’t forget to grab some FSU gear while you’re there!
